Rinnai Indonesia Wins “Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2016” (Kompor Gas Portable Division) for 9th Consecutive Year
P.T. Rinnai Indonesia has received the “Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2016” (Kompor Gas Portable Division), researched and presented by the Frontier Consulting Group of Indonesia. It is the ninth consecutive year for Rinnai Indonesia to win that award.
Each year, the Frontier Consulting Group conducts a survey of Indonesian consumers covering such items as product and service quality, cost performance, distinctiveness, and future potential. It then ranks the overall scores and selects winners for each category. Rinnai Indonesia has received the award for nine consecutive years since 2008.
