Rinnai Indonesia Captures Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Award 2015 in Tabletop Cooker Category for Eighth Straight Year
P.T. Rinnai Indonesia won in the tabletop cooker (gas stove) category at the 2015 Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Awards, conducted by the Frontier Consulting Group, a local consulting company.
This annual program identifies candidates through consumer surveys in Indonesia that focus on such aspects as product and service quality, cost performance, originality and forward-looking concepts. These products and services are then scored and ranked overall to determine winners in each award category. Rinnai Indonesia has captured the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction (ICSA) Award for eight straight years since 2008.
Rinnai Indonesia’s tabletop cookers are very popular, substantiated by a commanding market share of about 60% and various awards in addition to the ICSA award. The company recently extended its reign with an award at the 2015 Indonesia Best Brand Awards, sponsored by SWA, Indonesia’s leading business magazine— in the Kompor Gas Portable (tabletop cooker) category. The company has captured this honor eight years in a row.
